Reading online:
TumbleBooks via Regina Public Library - use your Public Library card to access Audible stories!
Epic! - Is another great audio book site, free for teachers, and monthly subscription that parents can access at home
Storyline Online - features stories read aloud by members of the Screen Actors Guild.

Online Literacy learning games (FREE):
Starfall offers online phonics and letter sound activities all the way through beginner reading activities
PBS Kids offers many different online reading practice games such as: Rhyme Time, Spectacular Spelling Play, Super Why Saves the Day,
ABCya is another site that offers letter and sound games, this includes a variety of games in the Pre-K, Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 2 - these games are suitable for a diverse group of learners at differing levels (just because it says Grade 2, doesn't mean it is only for Grade 2 students!)
